I will give them four stars because the food is good. The atmosphere is not really something that factors in because rarely does anyone sit down and eat. You either order it to go or have it delivered. The service is usually good although they're not the most friendly folks. They have Springfield Missouri style cashew chicken and it's pretty close, although it's not identical. Green China is definitely one of our go to Chinese places in the area.
The food was great. We ordered takeout so can't give a rating on the ambiance. The service was excellent.
Take-out only due to a closed dining room. Typical fast food Chinese fare at good prices. Sadly, they couldn't make my St.Paul sandwich. But, pork fried rice was acceptable and a good value for a filling half portion.
